SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours after the payment is received and are shipped via our logistic partner. The orders can be tracked by the invoice number after shipping.
2. The container boxes are adequately sized and the items are well-protected.
3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you during business days between 9am to 7pm. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
4. As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, you will be updated and provided with the proper tracking details.
